Hugh's speech will demonstrate both his love for training and sport. He will share his evolution from a coach /"/"win at all costs/"/" who took the experience away from children, to a parent and coach who values giving all children the opportunity to learn, grow and to compete. , and continue playing.

Hugh will lead you to question, as a parent, coach or educator, some common accepted practices in youth sports. It will make you wonder what these practices are doing to the mindset of young athletes. Hugh will also make you think about some simple things that can be done as a parent, coach and educator to turn the tide and inspire children to love the game and want to participate in sports for longer.
