1. Being in a calorie deficit
2. Exercise – Cardio/HIIT workout
3. Do muscle-targeted workouts.
To strengthen and develop your target muscles. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy, unrestricted lifestyle changes. Fad diets don't work, that's why you're here in the first place. Instead, just eat nutritious foods/foods you love (if they are high in calories, enjoy them in moderation or find low calorie/healthy recipes so you can eat more of them!), move your body how you like to move. (dance, walk, sport, etc.), smile and enjoy the journey! Remember, you just need to be the best version of yourself from where you started. You are amazing and know that even small steps, like starting to walk more or eating better, always make a difference! Don't give up on yourself because your body realizes what your mind believes. When doing home workouts, take precautions to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or don't see results, I suggest you consult a healthcare professional and of fitness to give you personalized advice on your form of exercise and dietary needs.
