I want to talk about 3D artist career stories and Andrey Lebrov is an incredibly talented CG artist you might know from YouTube!

His career as a 3D VFX artist started after moving to the UK and when applying the one thing that stood out was that he offered additional skills as a 2D and 3D artist for the studio.

It's not just about the skills "necessary" for the job, but also what sets him apart from other candidates. What else can he bring, not to meet the requirements, but to "enrich" the job.

Having done Photoshop retouching meant he could be hired over other artists, and it meant their studio was now able to offer those services as well.
