Jeff Poole is an author, actor, writer and traveler. He is also a cancer survivor. Once you deal with this problem, all other achievements, no matter how passionately you pursue them, become second place on the list of things accomplished! He has been acting since March 2014, including some voice work on Audible. He is a published author of short stories in various genres and is a member of the Horror Writers Association. (HWA) He has appeared in feature films, television series, commercials and numerous short films. He received Best Actor awards at several film festivals and was one of the main characters in some award-winning short films. He has produced three training videos for the Department of Energy (DOE) over the last year, half with extensive use of a teleprompter and the rest with a standard script. He recently wrote, produced and starred in a short horror comedy, "Hello", which has been making the rounds at festivals and has been selected as a finalist for Best Short Film at several of them. He has traveled extensively in Europe, North America, the Caribbean and Australasia, and he likes to think this has had an influence on his writing and acting.

My name is Chris Herron and I narrate science fiction and fantasy audiobooks.

In 2015, poor control of my type 1 diabetes left me legally blind for almost a year. Doctors predicted that there was an 80% chance that I would never see again, but I changed the way I lived and, through willpower, overcame all odds.

During this period, I could neither read nor write. Two things I've turned to for comfort since I was little. With the incredible stress I was under, it was devastating. My wife took me by the arm, led me to the local library, and read me the audiobook titles. I chose audio versions of books I liked, like the Disc World series, Name of the Wind, Harry Potter, etc. They brought my favorite stories to life in ways I never thought possible and helped me through the darkest time of my life.

Once my vision was restored, I retained a love of audiobooks. I decided that I would no longer focus on being a writer but on being a storyteller. I designed Tall Tale TV as a way to help all the amazing authors in the writing communities I loved before my ordeal.

I created Tall Tale TV to help aspiring authors by providing them with an audiobook promotional video. A way to showcase their skills with writing. They say the most powerful form of advertising is word of mouth, which is why I'm offering their stories to a readers' platform to help people talk. Help them spread the message.

Now I publish science fiction and fantasy short stories every few days, written by authors from around the world.
