When I posted a video a few weeks ago sharing my first experience with a naturopath, you were very interested to see what I eat per day for my current gluten and dairy free diet, or my anti-inflammatory diet. What I Eat in a Dairy-Free Day is a very in-depth look at what I've been eating over the past few weeks and I hope it's helpful to you if you're looking for new healthy food ideas! I know I've shared a lot about what I eat in a day on this channel focusing on different "diets" for example and I just wanted to note that this is simply what I currently eat so that my body helps me understand. my triggers and intolerances.
