another easy and healthy what I eat in a day! focusing on nourishing myself and FEELING AMAZING, not necessarily losing weight or losing weight. I've been trying to increase the amount of protein I eat per meal to 30g, which means over 100 grams of protein per day! here's how I did it that day 🙂
