Workplace wellness expert Dr. Jessica Grossmeier discussed her more than 20 years of research into best practices for employee participation in health programs and provided a tool that employers can use to evaluate their success. The second half of the webinar featured employer panelists Wendy Whitehead, director of rewards and human resources at Kwik Trip, and Jake Nolin, vice president of human resources at Rice Lake Weighing Systems. They answered questions related to employee engagement and described strategies and tactics used to successfully implement new programs in their respective workplaces.
