If there's one thing people are clamoring for during the Year of Voice, it's the message of awakening. The ability to say something like /"OK Google,/" /"Hey Siri/" or /"Alexa/" to have your smart home automatically listen to your commands. Guess what: we did it. The wake word is now available in Home Assistant. In this video we demonstrate wake word detection on a Raspberry Pi 3 and ESP32 board.
