/"In my experience, using YouTube as a tool for people with mental health issues is great. I think it's a great way to support each other by drawing on our own experiences and using them to helping other people and, in turn, it helps us ourselves because we use our good and bad experiences to help other people going through similar situations.

Youtube and social media are very popular at the moment and are a great way to raise awareness of mental health issues, share stories and support each other. It's like an online peer support group.

I didn't know what I was feeling was as common as this until I started making Youtube videos. I started looking for other YouTubers and learned that there are actually many other people who suffer from anxiety like me. It made me feel so much better and more normal to know that I wasn't alone. This has helped me a lot in recent years. I really believe it can help other people too.

I feel a sense of relief when I post something, whether it's good or bad, because it makes me feel like maybe it can help someone and it makes me feel better about the situation, whether it's something that depresses me or whether it's something that depresses me. it was something so incredible that I just had to get it out into the world. It makes horrible experiences a little interesting because it makes you feel like "yeah, ok, that was horrible, I don't want to go through that again but maybe what I experienced can help someone." 'other./"
