Sports psychologist Lindsay Ross-Stewart, PhD, is the leading researcher in image-assisted virtual reality in athletics and medicine. As part of her applied research at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, she has worked with the SIUE Cougars baseball, softball and football teams to study how athletes can use image-assisted virtual reality to increase their confidence and performance .
