I sew vintage clothes from another decade. My goal is to sew up my wardrobe! No matter how 1920s I am, I'm definitely old-fashioned considering the year I was born. This is my artistic journey. Join me on my creative journey through my wardrobe. If I'm lucky, time travel will be invented, and due to my superb period wardrobe, my services will be needed.

I am a vintage seamstress with a great love of the 1920s through the early 1960s.

I want a vintage wardrobe that suits me.

I want this because I am completely uninspired by today's fashion. I'm totally "meh" about this. I want to look in the mirror and say “yassssss”.

Since nothing bad has happened since I started wearing what I really like, I asked myself why stop? Maybe I can really dress simply for me and I can absolutely – on a daily basis – wear what I sew, compete with wet pin curls, aprons, lipstick and sometimes a corset – for no other reason than that of my desire.

Wear what you like and be true to yourself.

Wear what inspires you.

I'm thrilled to live in a time where historical boundaries are a thing and having a niche dress and personal style is not only accepted, but seems encouraged.

I focus on creating accurate, era-appropriate vintage clothing.

I'm not a big fan of commercial patterns, so I draft my own sewing patterns based on my own personal measurements.

I invite you to take advantage of these research episodes which will be calming episodes during which I will read to you.

Fabric burn tests are also included because fire makes things exciting.

The Get Ready With Me videos will be ridiculous because I'm not a fashionista and I have a hands-on vintage approach.

Here we are inclusive and rainbow-friendly.

I have vintage inspiration and a desire to have a unique wardrobe.

I draft my own vintage patterns based on the Haslam system of dress cutting.
This vintage sewing system has allowed me to sew vintage blouses, house dresses and a vintage novelty dress.

I deeply yearn to have iconic vintage clothing as a staple in my wardrobe.

I am a SAHM vintage seamstress.
I focus on creating accurate, era-appropriate vintage clothing. I mainly sew clothes worn between 1920 and 1965. 1940s sewing is my favorite at the moment. I'm sure this will evolve and change. The Get Ready With Me videos will be ridiculous because I'm not a fashionista and I have a hands-on vintage approach. Here we are inclusive and rainbow-friendly. Wear what you like and be true to yourself.
