Mental health is like the weather that changes, it comes and it goes. Some days the sky is clear, sunny and blue. Some days there are gray clouds, it's cold and it's incredibly difficult to leave the house.
There are two ways when I try to improve my mental health, when I feel bad
The first is exercising to generate endorphins, which I do by increasing my heart rate.
The other is the exit and the green spaces. Weather outside, walk to the park, sit in the garden, space or cycle outside
