Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 large egg
3 tablespoons plain all-purpose flour (replace with a gluten-free flour blend if necessary)

1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth (use gluten-free broth)
pinch of salt and pepper
1/3 cup (90 ml) double cream (heavy)
1/2 packed cup (50 g) grated Parmesan
3 packed cups (90 g) fresh baby spinach
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
