And even though he looked at those years, that doesn't mean it's outdated. In fact, I'm seeing MORE of these items popping up in my Instagram feed, being mentioned in conversations, and seeing news from local posts about new cloud kitchen restaurants selling these items. I also checked Google Trends and found that searches for these articles were steadily increasing.

So this means that if you have the opportunity to add these elements or transform them by adding your own touch, then you will be able to take advantage of these growing food trends in 2021.
