DO NOT refreeze unfrozen foods. If you defrost food, NEVER refreeze it. If you defrost food by mistake, you can cook it first and then refreeze it. But if you defrost cooed foods, there is no choice but to eat them.

DO NOT store food at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Better to keep it warm, above 60 degrees (140 Fahrenheit) or cold in the refrigerator, below 4 degrees (40 Fahrenheit). Discard any food left at room temperature for more than 2 hours

KEEP it CLEAN and SEPARATE. Wash your kitchen, your food and your hands often! Separate raw meat, poultry, fish and their juices from other foods. Wash counters, boards and knives with hot, soapy water after cutting raw meats.
