I need to do a better job of journaling myself.

My best advice would be

1) Make sure you enter the date at the start of your registration.
2) Write every day, even if it’s just one sentence. (If you delay, you will forget the details. Ask me how I know?)
3) Include the necessary hashtags if you plan to use your timeline as a reference for creating social media posts.
