Thinking exercises like this stimulate creative thinking! In order to find a solution, participants must use solution-oriented cooperation and communication in this exercise. Because the answer to the riddle is not obvious, they will have to think outside the box.

Do you like this exercise? Let's try these variations:

1. Ask the team if anyone already knows this riddle. If so, give the people who know the riddle a new riddle that they can solve together in another room. For example, you can use the riddle from Team Exercise 81.

2. If you are working with a large group, you can divide the group into smaller groups and make it a competition. You tell the story to all groups at the same time and the first group to formulate the solution wins the game.

Can't get enough of this exercise? In my new book you will find more variations. Plus 100 other team building exercises, including:
• Detailed explanations
• Several variations
• The result of each exercise
• And a QR code linked to the corresponding video
