The importance of this trend is further fueled by changes in digital models, thereby reducing barriers to digital adoption.

Therefore, we anticipate the emergence of new business models and channels, disrupting traditional business models.

In response, companies should increase their investments in omnichannel technologies, including headless technologies, to accommodate the growing range of channels.
