1. Walking lunges 3×8-12 reps
2. 3×8-12 Dumbbell Rows
3. Chest press 3×8-12
4. Shoulder press with 3×8-12 dumbbells
5. Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls 3×8-12
6. Triceps extension with 3×8-12 dumbbells
Rest for 60 seconds between sets.
For an additional ABS exercise, add 3 sets of 60-second planks.
