The trauma of working on the front lines as an acute and critical care infectious disease specialist during the chaos and stress of 2020-2021 motivated Dr. Liu to promote practical principles of health and wellness for her community.
The HealthyImmuneDoc YouTube channel is an extension of his educational campaign to help people understand how to optimize immunity and inflammation and slow premature aging caused by acute and chronic illnesses.
Everyone is welcome!
