If you reduce purchase orders in the #P2P system, then you could transfer the workflow once you receive, say, the AP invoice, or sometimes companies can just send the payment, and they can make the disbursement in your ERP.

So depending on the handshake, there will always be pros and cons to every design decision you make about maintaining these processes.
