Kim is a former vice president at Hewlett-Packard, where she led a global organization of more than 15,000 employees across more than 100 locations, and is the author of Wired Leadership The Power of Diversity to Transform your Organization for Success . Currently, she serves as a board director for American River Bank and is active in the community as chair of the board of directors of the American Red Cross Capital Region Chapter and the board of directors of the American River Bank. administration of the American Leadership Forum. She is founder and executive director of Pathway to Prevention, a nonprofit organization whose mission is prevention and early intervention for adolescent drug and alcohol abuse. She led the project to produce an Emmy Award-winning documentary on teen substance abuse to educate and reduce teen addiction. Kim lives in Granite Bay, California with her family and pursues her passions: competing in triathlons, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
