Canned Pickles Recipe
1. Put 1 tsp. dill seeds and 1/8 tsp. of garlic powder into each empty jar.
2. Wash and slice the cucumbers. Fill the jars.
3. Put 1/4 tsp. dill seeds and 1/8 tsp. of garlic powder over the filled jars.
4. Prepare brine. 2 cups vinegar, 2 cups water, 3 cups sugar (I only use 2 cups sugar) 2 TB salt. Place on stove until hot and dissolved.
5. Pour the brine into jars.
6. Hot water bath for 5 to 10 minutes. Ready to eat after 3 weeks.
