The main reason I made this video was the perception I had a few years ago regarding mental health and how to deal with it wasn't entirely correct, which made me realize that Maybe there are people like me who have the same approach.
Just like our physical health, it is equally important to talk about mental health so as not to give rise to misconceptions as this leads to stigma.️

It's not pretentious or an attention-grabber.
Children also suffer from mental health problems.
Seeking therapy is a routine and preventative form of care, like going to the dentist or doctor.
We don't mend a broken bone with duct tape, so why heal our mental wounds with one?
Lawful processing comes after acceptance.
