Are you ready to convert your existing lights into smart lights in less than 10 minutes? If so, I’m going to show you how you can do it using one of Shelly’s latest products called #Shelly #1L. For those of you who already know me, you guessed it, I’m also going to connect the Shelly 1L to #HomeAssistant.

One of the best features of the Shelly 1L is that the neutral wire in your lighting wiring is optional. This means that the Shelly 1L will work perfectly with or without a neutral wire. It also means that you don’t need to change the wiring or run new cables, you just place the Shelly 1L behind an existing wall switch. The other great feature is the overheat protection.

Now let's see what the Shelly 1L looks like, then we'll do the wiring and finally integrate it with Home Assistant.
