Self Care shatters the myth that self-care is a wine night, a Netflix binge, or a social pedicure. Self-care is what is necessary for your well-being and should always leave you with more energy and a feeling of revitalization. Often, activities described as self-care leave you more exhausted and with less energy. This talk will bust the myth and discuss the 4 elements of self-care that will contribute to your overall well-being;
-nourishing foods,
-stillness and movement,
-time in nature, and
-self-expression.
