Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) is a service where we provide patients with the tools to take control of their health and lifestyle. It uses digital technology to enable the monitoring of physiological data outside of conventional clinical settings using one or all three of our pre-configured devices: a glucometer, a scale and a blood pressure monitor. Every time a patient uses a device, the readings are automatically populated into our database. You can access all of these readings on our downloadable app.
