CRISPR-Cas9 systems provide a high-efficiency genome editing platform that can lead to innovative applications in cellular engineering. However, Cas9 delivery and guide RNA (gRNA) synthesis remain two steps that limit the overall effectiveness and general ease of use. In this presentation, we will discuss rate-limiting steps in current CRISPR-Cas9 workflows and present streamlined methods to reduce editing workflow time to just 4 days. Additionally, we will discuss our recently launched GeneArt Engineered Cell Models collection, which can provide instant access to human cell lines containing Knockout and Knock-in mutations. This resource and streamlined workflows allow the researcher to quickly test their hypotheses and accelerate their research programs.
