I had a great time reading this collection and even though we grew up in different places and had different experiences, I was able to find great commonalities and could really see and vibe with the speaker in Collins' work. It's great when a book can take me through a series of laughs and thought-provoking twists and turns – something I try to take into account when putting together collections myself.
