Here at Loughborough Sport we want our students, staff and other University affiliates to be active and healthy. Sometimes it's not always possible to get to a fitness class or go to the gym. So we thought a little and came up with the idea of offering you this fitness class!

Every week we will release a new class, ranging from Pilates to Legs, Butt and Stomach to Abs Blast!
