The new Samsung update is now rolling out to Samsung smartphones in stages. This is a brand new security patch for January 20201. All Samsung phones will receive this update within a few days.

The security patch applies to Samsung Galaxy smartphones running One UI 2.1 or higher, including One UI 2.5 and 3.0.
