Focus on what I *can* control
For example:
I can't control whether my picky toddler eats the meal I make, but
️ I can serve a “safe food” to make sure he has an option he likes.
I can't control that there are people counting on me to cook dinner, but
️ I can ask for help.
I can't control the timing of baseball practice, but
️ I can control what's in our fridge so we have quick and healthy options to grab.
I can't control the cost of food, but
️ I can control how often we eat out and how much food we waste (or don't waste) by making a meal plan each week.
