Our guest is Dr. Caleb Scharf, Senior Astrobiology Scientist at NASA Ames Research Center! Dr. Scharf has conducted research in observational cosmology, exoplanetary science, and astrobiology. He is the author of several scientific and popular science works and won the Carl Sagan Medal for Excellence in Public Communication on Planetary Science, as well as the 2011 Chambliss Astronomical Writing Award.
