I completed 10,001 minutes of meditation on @headspace and @headspace.fr. This journey has been full of learning and understanding new levels of patience and new revelations. These revelations led me on a journey that I will continue for the rest of my life. Thanks to my #meditationguide who taught me mindfulness and concentration on breathing which allowed me to achieve so much.

First, mindfulness is a great way to reduce stress and brings a person into the present moment. This improves your day by at least 30%.

Second, it improves focus and concentration. I meditate before studying, which allows me to focus on the task at hand. Help me achieve my goals and dreams.

Finally, I gained a better awareness of myself and my surroundings. Through mindfulness, we reflect on ourselves and understand our feelings, thoughts and behaviors. This has made me appreciate social moments even more and has also helped me strengthen my introverted traits in professional life when necessary.
