As you know, I've been taking part in my fitness and habit tracking game for 2023, so I thought the 75 Soft Challenge would take things to a new level! Some of my goals for the challenge are to do a 45 minute workout per day, have 1 active recovery day each week, take 7,000 steps, drink LOTS of water, and more. I hope this gives you some fitness and training motivation and inspires you to pursue your own fitness and exercise goals in 2023!
