You'll find Quilon in the iconic Taj Hotel, which is simply stunning. We tried their weekend brunch menu which is quite reasonable at £48 per person and includes a cold starter, hot starters, palate cleanser, mains, dessert and tea/coffee.

The most notable dishes are the mini crab dosa, the pepper masala chicken and, unexpectedly, the tomato soup!
