Good morning! My name is Kristen, I'm 23 years old, I'm from Sacramento, California and I'm graduating this spring with my bachelor's degree in psychology. I created this channel for three reasons that are very close to my heart. First, help others tell their stories and advocate for mental health, provide recovery tips and tricks to help others find the help they need, and raise awareness of mental health issues to combat mental health issues. stigma surrounding them.
