The medical research system is CORRUPT. And all this is legal and well known. I discuss selective publishing in which pharmaceutical companies do many studies, publish the positive studies, and ignore the negative ones, so that it appears that the medical evidence is overwhelmingly positive. Why is it done like that? Because big pharmaceutical companies pay universities, hospitals and doctors, and make a lot of money. Everyone is happy, except the patients. Check it out
