In this video I show you how I test the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (MAP). I explain the wiring diagram for the MAP sensor and then locate all the wires on the sensor itself. Next, I explain how to diagnose a MAP sensor using a scan tool, then I show you how to test the MAP sensor using a multimeter. I check the sensor power and output voltage (signal) using a multimeter.
