Leadership development: how to become a better trainer. Often, when we master the content of what we are teaching, we can stop focusing on developing our training skills. Many teachers, trainers or developers reach a level of expertise in their field and then simply pilot their training. But great trainers are great students of training practices. If you truly want to make a leadership development impact on others, you must always grow as a trainer. Leading a training session can take different twists and turns and a good coach can adapt and use the surprise moments as a way to develop their training. In this video I give three disciplines that I use to help me develop my leadership development skills.
