Investing by lending your money is often considered the safest way to generate passive income. Whether this is true or not, we will find out here.

We will discuss the two main types of investments you can make by lending your money: peer to peer lending and bonds (government bonds and corporate bonds). Although they are both categorized as loans, just know that that's about the only thing they have in common. They are very different in terms of security and expected returns and we will see the advantages and disadvantages of both.
