If you're considering investing in Cardone Capital, you owe it to yourself to understand exactly what you're getting.

It starts with understanding the real estate syndication model, and in my opinion, there is no better resource than Brian Burke's book: The Hands-Off Investor: An Insider's Guide to Investing in Passive Real Estate Syndications.

Once you become familiar with the syndication model, you will realize that you are passively investing not only in the real estate, but also in the operator of the real estate.

And while I think Grant Cardone is a marketing genius, I'm not convinced he's the best financial manager of other people's capital.

In short, I think anyone looking to make a prudent investment decision needs to fully understand exactly what AND WHO they are investing in.

There are many, many excellent real estate operators out there, so I recommend doing your due diligence before choosing one in particular.
