This talk describes an introduction to cellular organization, a brief description of signal relay in bacteria, and the need for atomic-level visualization to understand the communication process. Different high-resolution structure determination techniques with their resolution ranges were compared and discussed. it also covers different low resolution structure determination techniques with their powerful application. finally, an important step in protein crystallography was discussed.
