Yes, I literally #ShakeItOut between my client sessions.

Our body stores our emotional experiences. Sometimes doing some physical movement can help process these experiences so that they don't get stuck or stored in the body to appear in strange ways later.

Here are some ways to try this strategy:
→ Dance
→ Stretch
→ Jog or rhythm
→ Kiss yourself
→ Butterfly hug
→ Tap your legs
→ Yawn
→ Sing
→ Scream or scream (watch out for neighbors)
→ or my favorite: Shake it Out
