1. Drink a gallon of water a day
2. Perform workouts of 2 to 45 minutes per day (including one outside)
3. Follow a diet (no cheat foods, no alcohol)
4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily
5. Take a daily progress photo
If you miss any of these items, you have to start from the beginning. I decided to try the 75 Hard Challenge and although I was amazed at how quickly the weight came off, it was one of the most mentally taxing experiences of my life.
