Building molecular models is one of the most important skills you will master in your organic chemistry courses. It will help you visualize two-dimensional drawings and teach you to think about molecules as they actually exist in 3-dimensional space. Here we show you how to use the two main types of molecular model kits: ball and stick models and wireframe models.
