In this video we will outline the general strategy we will use to quit pornography as well as any other addictions you may have. By simply having a strategy, your chances of success will increase significantly.

This strategy stems from the fact that habits don't fade. They can only be modified and replaced. The best way to stop your addiction is to find good habits that are fulfilling enough to replace it.
