Wondering how to run longer? How to increase your endurance? How to improve your cardio? Look no further, because this 10-minute, bodyweight home workout will help you do just that!

It will transform your cardio and endurance while giving you the ability to run faster and longer than ever before!

How is he going to do that?

Well, first of all, as a former professional rugby player, this workout is based on the same principles we would use to increase our endurance and improve our running before the World Cup or any other major event.

We would do a HIIT type workout (like this workout) for short durations. This way, we would increase our heart rate extremely quickly while challenging our anaerobic system, but also improving our aerobic system. The best part is that you can significantly improve your aerobic capacity (cardio and endurance) without doing hours and hours of exercise and without really stressing your body.
