For a leader to be successful, they must be able to hire the right people for their team. In fact, nothing is more important. And even though leaders are told to recruit the right people, they have never been taught how to recruit the right people. This is why most leaders spend 10% of their time recruiting, 90% of their time making up for their recruiting mistakes.

The result is huge inefficiencies, unhappy people, and results that are less than what is possible for leaders to achieve, not to mention very costly and disruptive processes for the organization when the wrong people are hired.

Billionaire John Caldwell once said, “If I'm lucky, I only make a wrong hire 70% of the time.” But how come we accept being wrong so often?

In this video, Mads Faurholt shares insights based on science and research, as well as having hired and managed thousands of people; frameworks, processes and tools that will enable you to become a world-class recruiter today and immediately start hiring the right people who will help you and your organization reach their potential.

Mads Faurholt is a successful serial entrepreneur, best-selling author and keynote speaker. He has founded and led companies in various industries, including technology, financial services, marketing, human resources, food and education, with thousands of employees, and has completed multiple exits at valuations ranging up to more than hundreds of millions of dollars. Mads is a former management consultant at McKinsey & Company and received his bachelor's degree from Copenhagen Business School and his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
