I am learning to draw and this was my second drawing. (I am surprised it turned out this way) I was looking at a drawing in a book while I was drawing this and I changed a few things like the patterns on her face and the jewelry. I find it really helps calm my mind because I am focusing on the drawing and nothing else. I recently got off antidepressants and I find that drawing, painting, and anything craft related really helps with my anxiety.
